T Mobile N4 security update?

Does any one know what this update entails? Just saw it this morning.

It doesn't look like there is really anything else other than security. T-Mobile does note that the baseband number has also changed, though it's not clear if you will see any effects from that: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16486

They also mention that once you apply this update, you can not downgrade to an earlier version so you are stuck where you are at after applying this. This seems to be the way Android is heading. I remember trying to go back to KitKat on my Note 4 last year and couldn't.
