T-Mobile not sold at Bestbuy?

I noticed it a while ago but why did bestbuy stop selling t-mobile?

Best Buy stores only sell pre-paid phones on T-Mobile.

Relatively few Best Buys ever carried them but they phased them out in 2011. The explanation was that they "didn't sell well."

Best Buy stores are limited by their agreements with the carriers and corporate to selling postpaid service from three carriers. In most places, that means Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint because they're the biggest. There are some stores that offer a different combination, though, particularly in areas of the country where T-Mobile is more popular.
