T Mobile One lauched April 24th.

Seems like the wait might be over!

I don't think T Mobile really does pre orders do they? iPhone doesn't count.

I just received my retail version T-Mobile US One through a special channel - can confirm that they didn't add any T-Mobile branding to the body, and that it has NFC and Wi-Fi Calling. It does NOT come with any earphones, alas... Am charging it up before turning it on - will see what carrier bloat is on it when I do turn it on. Here's a couple of photos ... :)

T-Mobile TV, Visual Voicemail, My Account, T-Mobile Name ID, Lookout Security (which I use anyway) and it looks like Polaris Office is also pre-installed.

Oof, now this is a dilemma. Continue to wait for my Developer edition pre-order with HTC (anticipated arrival at warehouse 4/23), or pick up a T-Mobile one in-store on 4/24. Either way I'm planning to use it with a T-Mobile SIM (in an area with refarmed spectrum)...

Hubby is gonna be so happy!! He's about ready to burst because I'm on att and getting the one by Friday... At least he will know when he can get his.

Can you confirm the T-mobile price off contact? And wonder why they didn't include the headphones. I remember when the galaxy s2 came out the stopped including headphones after the first few shipments. Does htc really give a material discount for opting out of that simple accessory. Ha

It says, "The HTC One will launch in select Retail & Branded locations as well as T-Mobile.com".

So I'm assuming if you don't live in one of the select areas you'll have to wait, or just order it online and be done with it?

Yeah I saw that too. And I believe they did that with the S3 last year. So yes, either those areas or online. Good thing about my area is that best buy doesn't not sell t-mobile devices (except prepaid) in Delaware. So that means the stores must have these devices in stock to cover where the retailer is missing.

They seriously left out the earbuds? That honestly grinds my gears BIG TIME. The one was said to be packed with a phenomenal set of earbuds, it was if I'm honest one of the selling points. The fact TMo is taking that point away is really annoying.
