So everything has been going smoothly with my N5 on T-Mobile. Then I get home from work today and realize that my phone has no signal. My first thought is that something is wrong with the phone. So I power cycle the phone, still no signal. So I put my sim back in my N4 and that has no signal. So I resort to calling customer service, and they tell me that the tower by my house is currently being upgraded with 4g, and that it could take up to three days to complete the upgrade. So now I have this brand new phone and no cell network to use it on right now.

Seems a little weird, and is a huge inconvenience, but at least you'll have LTE soon. :D

The funny thing is I am moving in two weeks, so that doesn't even make a difference.

It's just a little odd they'd take down an entire service tower for 3 days, regardless of what it's for.

That is what I told the three different reps that I talked to today. They said that they couldn't get in contact with the engineers, so I am going to call back tomorrow and see if I can't get it figured out.

When it first started working and you had service on your N5, was it just HSPA?
