T-Mobile return period?

My wife isn't digging her note 7 after getting hers. We both preordered. I know that the return period is 14 days with a restock fee. Anyone know when that day starts? I'm reading online that it's from order date which can't be right OR fair as we just got these.

Also I've heard, but don't know for sure, that you have 20 days with orders. Don't take that as fact through.

Correct. If you order online or via phone, you get 20 days and no restocking. In store purchases are 14 days with $50 restocking fee.

She's having a hard time moving away from the apple ecosystem. We've got iPads, Apple TV's and a desktop and MacBook Pro. I've suggested some work around a but she's not interested. That's her only complaint.

I know people who have tried to break from iPhone and went right back. It is hard to do.
