T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Long story short I dropped my Nexus 6 and had to use my backup T-Mobile Note 3. I have MetroPCS. Phone was working fine until I did a system update. Now all I get is no service. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Does that even matter if I'm not get any service?

I'm not entirely sure, but if it ended up switching the preferred network to T-Mobile, or if the APN settings reset to something incorrect, that may prevent the phone from getting any service.

Metro only works on T-Mobile network

Yes, but what I'm wondering is if the APN settings reset to T-Mobile's, that won't work for MetroPCS. They may use the same towers, but have different APNs.
