Anyone else having trouble with this? For over a month I've been trying to get it to work. Upon opening I get a message we are activating your account, please wait. But nothing happens. I don't recall when the app stopped working. I've Uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled it all to no avail. I opened a ticket with T-mobile support last week. They never called back. I called again today and they are supposedly going to check on it and get back to me tomorrow.

Ive always had problems with visual voicemail of TMO, someone mentioned not long ago they used metro visual voicemail i never tried it

I never bother with T-Mobile Voice-mail app. It just don't work, dial 1-800 are much faster.

Visual voicemail again

Sorry for this, but I am unable to reply in the thread. I click in the box to enter my reply and nothing happens. Cursor flashes for a second but can't enter text. In any event, thanks for the Metro advice. That worked.

No problem I merged you to original thread, your welcome 👍

historically, I've found TMO VVM occasionally glitchy, though no problems since May of '21.

I have been issue free with my unlocked ultra on T mobile using t mobile vvm app

I have been suffering through TMO's Visual Voice Mail troubles for a few years...After reading this I tried the Metro version...it works perfectly, thanks!

I blame carriers and Android (Samsung in particular) for this. Apple insisted from the beginning that it had to be their solution. Android did not. Samsung has the market share and the clout to also insist the US carriers stop providing there half-baked apps but for some reason do not. It's an awful user experience. I've never, not once, been able to make Samsung's VVM app work on my AT&T devices. I gave up and purchased an annual subscription to YouMail. It's good. Dated looking, in my opinion, but very adequate.

Hi. Just got mine yesterday and VVM with T-Mobile works perfectly. Have never had an issue with their VVM on any of my prior android phones w T-Mobile either. Sorry!
