T-Mobile will not support band 12 until next Spring?

Why T-Mo is delaying the deployment of Band 12 until next year? I called HQR and they said the demand for this phone is less than 20,000, so they will use recources for other stuff right now, I guess their old habit of DELAYING has not changed!

1st what phone are you referring to?

2nd deployment of band 12 is different than a phone supporting band 12.

3rd if your talking about an unlocked phone, like the nexus 6p or moto x pure, T-Mobile has no idea how many are sold. Also, Google is going with a third party certifier. This means T-Mobile is not directly in the loop of information.

4th they would not release sales numbers of a headset to an individual, if it was a T-Mobile branded phone.

Opening up a new band just relieves congestion. If there's no congestion problem in that market, they're not going to open a new band in that market - there's no need for it.
