T-Mobile's support page for LG G6 shows an 04/07 update

Anyone got this update? My installed version is 'b' and the noted version is 'i,' with the only enhancement listed as 'launch software.'

Not yet I'm still on "B". T-Mobile support said update is on April 7th.

yes but as discussed on another thread, is the number before the letter lower or higher than the version coming out on the 7th?

I spoke to T-mobile tech. Update are based on the last letter. There'll be updated software after April 7th for T-mobile.

So what do they do when they hit z? That would be really odd to do it based on a letter and not the software number and a revision letter at the end. In fact that would be opposite of pretty much every industry standard.

Lol. Maybe we get back to A with negative. J.k. he just said they push update when LG push them.

Can't get to technical beyond that.

Wishful thinking I know, but it would be nice if that came with the 7.1.1 update... Many of the press reviews I read mentioned that 'they were led to believe' the G6 would ship with 7.1.

A little disappointing considering the software has been out for a while. I guess I'll have to install Nova again to get App Shortcuts. Le sad....
