Tab 4 Frozen at Lock Screen, Cannot Restart. What should I do?

So on my Samsung Tab 4 my lock screen is frozen. I tried to hold the power to open the menu and that didn't work, I tried to hold the power down for longer and it just timed out due to inactivity or something like that, I tried waiting it out, but it's been 3 hours. So what should I do? Should I wait for the battery to die? Or something else.
