Tab 4 Issue. USB wont read to PC

Hello,

I am trying to transfer files from my PC to the Tab 4 7" tablet. I plug in the USB from the PC to the tab and it will sound as if it were connected and then disconnet and reconnect. I thought it was an issue with the Cable so i swapped out then it proceeded to work for a min then did the same thing. I tried to use my tab 4 8" and it wont no issues and hooked right up. Then tried my note 3 and no issues. There seems to be an issue with the way the tab 4 7" connects to my PC. Is this a known issue and if so, what is the way to fix. Please advise,

Is the plug loose at the tablet's microUSB port? Have you checked to make sure the port is clean, without any debris?
