Tab Menu Not Elegant Anymore

Whenever I go to close my apps you push the button left button or the menu button I believe. It used to open the menu rather elegantly and the phone would open it's apps elegantly as well. Now everything is really snappy with no animation at all. Any help or suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! I know this doesn't answer your question, but is there a reason why you close your apps regularly? This isn't necessary in Android, and in fact can be counterproductive if done too often. Android wants to keep RAM relatively full, and if you close an app, the system will automatically open that app again, or another app, soon thereafter. Remember that Android isn't like Windows, which does prefer to keep RAM as empty as possible.

Just a force of habit from moving from apple. But it also has no animation when going to into full screen...

Did you change any of the animation settings in the Settings>Developer Options menu? That's assuming you actually activated the Developer Options.

Did this happen after a system update or a TouchWiz update?

SOLUTION: Enable your developer mode on your phone and find the animation setting and change that. Fixed the solution.

Glad you fixed it! So did you change the animation to slower than usual? Or was it somehow set to faster than usual? Either would be odd, since you said your Developer Options hadn't been activated.
