Tab pro 12.2 unlock screen keyboard doesn't appear to type in password to unlock screen?

Yet if I change user, the unlock screen appears for different user just not administrator unlock keyboard. Can't do anything as none administrator, or can i? Help me show keyboard to unlock administrator account? Please

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, are you saying that the keyboard never shows up to enter the password? Or that it shows up for a non-administrator profile?

If the keyboard isn't showing up, try using a basic USB keyboard connected via OTG cable.
