Tab S3 Live Wallpaper won't set on the lockscreen.

[Android Central Question]

Android 9 is installed on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, I can use any Live Wallpaper but, only on my home screen, the lock screen always revert back to a Samsung stock wallpaper, no matter which way I try, Anybody can help me?
