Tablet performance issues

The tablet is becoming difficult to turn on at times. Also, battery life is starting to become a problem. I'm not getting much usage after a full charge with primary usage being web browsing.

The tablet is becoming difficult to turn on at times. Also, battery life is starting to become a problem. I'm not getting much usage after a full charge with primary usage being web browsing.

Is your problem turning it on related to the button, or is it more that it is slow to respond to your button press or screen swipe? If it's slow to respond that happened to me for a while after the last update. After about a week or two I finally decided to wipe the device and start over. That seemed to fix it.

I'm starting to have battery issues also. I've had mine for about a year and barely get 2.5 to 3 hours screen on time. That's a bummer, too, because I love this thing.
