Tablet thinks its charged?

Hi there. I have a hannspree tablet with android 4.0.3. The problem is that the tablet constantly thinks it 100% charged and has the charging symbol even when its not plugged in. Any suggestions to a fix? Thanks.

Hi,

had the same problem. Charging port was replaced by Hansspree . Now its ok.
