tablet upset

got a tablet for my daughter. it's not even two months old and it won't turn on and I can't get a hold of any sylvania help either by phone or email. frustrated.

It wont turn on at all, or, it wont boot?

If it wont turn on, what happens when you put the charger in, nothing? If that is the case, then, you are probably SOL.

What methods have you used to contact the manufacturer. Phone? Email? Make sure to try all methods. If those don't work, where did you buy it? Did you try returning it? Even if you are past the window where you can return it to the store/website, it can't hurt to contact them. As they carry the product, they should be able to at least help you contact the manufacturer.
