TAG Heuer Connected Watch shows wrong time and date

I bought this watch yesterday and it seemed to work fine. However the next day, I found that the weather had switched from using Celsius to Fahrenheit and it now displays a different time and date! It's May 18 today but the watch displays 22, the time right now is 12:31 but the watch says otherwise. I have paired and registered and everything. Also made sure that the setting was at Metric, not Imperial. Any suggestions?

I would try factory resetting the watch and removing the pairing profile from the phone, THEN starting over with the pairing process.
