Takes forever to reboot

Had a few issues with it randomly rebooting seem to be less now after a few updates.. but if I it shut off or attempt to restart the phone it just gets stuck on the lg animation then after awhile it starts this a stock phone running 5.0.2 ...should I just send it back for another phone it's used

Welcome to Android Central! It may be glitchy firmware or an impending hardware failure. I would return or exchange it, if possible.
