Takes forever to unlock - lock sign on the screen for 15 minutes

just upgraded the system software on Tab S2 8.0 and it takes forever to unlock. I see the lock sign on the screen for the last 10-15 minutes, is that normal or is something messed up in it?

It finally unlocked after 15 minutes.
