Taking AT&T GS3 over to T-Mobile

I was just wondering if anyone would like to share their experience with taking their AT&T GS3 over to T-Mobile's Network. I'm still on contract with AT&T for a while, but I would really like to hear about other people's experiences with the jump. In particular, I'd like to hear how people's HSPA+ and LTE (if any) experience has been so far, not just in terms of speed, but how does their reliability and call quality compare? If you don't mind, please tell us your general location as well, so we can get an idea of who has the better network and where.

Frankly I am really happy with my GS3, especially with CM10.1 running on it, and I could see myself sticking with this phone for a long while. It would be great if I could do so while not continuing to pay AT&T's phone-subsidizing rate.

Have you checked to see what kind of coverage you would get via your address? You can check it here. I don't have a gs3 but I DO love T-Mo. Everything, including customer service has been top notch. In-fact I like it so much that I'm thinking of upgrading my plan, and I don't part with my money very easily :-*

Speaking for myself only, i would use two tin cans and a very long string, before i would use T-Mobile.

I use an AT&T S3 on my T-Mobile Prepaid (30 dollar plan)
Sometimes it shows 4G LTE Icon and sometime its Edge.

when its 4G, its around 5 MBPS Download speed (speedtest.net)

The widget is the news and weather app that comes standard in nexus phones. And I have the nova theme with the stock wallpaper. I can share the paper if tall want

I haven't been able to get LTE on my wife's. She has an at&t gs3 on tmobile. I have the gs4 on tmo and I get lte. We're there any settings tout had to change?
