Hi all,
I'm new to android came from lumia 920, but when it was obvious that Rogers wouldn't get the 950 i decided to get a g4 after much thought, mainly for the camera.
I was really missing the dedicated camera button though.
I've discovered that if you set the double gasp to open camera with volume down option that you can continue to use a single press of the volume down to take pictures, it also works of you open the camera from the home screen.
This may be old news to everyone but if not I hope I've helped.

Welcome to the G4 forum. :)
I also use a couple of Nokias myself - Lumias 930 and 1020 - and have been very impressed by how well the G4 camera acquits itself in comparisons.
Thank you for sharing the tip and enjoy Android. :)

Welcome...

I'm not new to Android but decided to switch back from WP, I'm on Telus so same fate as you in regards to 950 series.

Lovin my LG G4 especially camera, not really missing dedicated button and actually like how it operates w/double tap on volume down, was forever activating camera (accidentally) on my other phones so this is a breath of fresh air, I disabled "Quick shot" as I wasn't fond of that feature.
