Taking pictures while recording!

I thought that this only worked on the HTC one X and Evo 4g lte , but if you are video recording on the nexus and tap the screen it will shoot a picture while video recording.. awesome

That was one of the features Google announced when they introduced Ice Cream Sandwich and the Galaxy Nexus.

Yup, stock ics had this feature first, it is just more prevalent in sense 4 because they have the camera button on there while recording.

I have my Motorola xoom with ICS I haven't tried it yet I'll do it tomorrow

I do not think it was an ICS thing but more a Galaxy Nexus thing. I think the camera or drivers are something that needs to support this. Don't think it is related to the OS only.

Nope it doesn't work on my xoom and its running 4.0.4 unrooted stock. I guess the nexus has a better camera than we thought

Bump
