Talkback problem on my Samsung Galaxy S5, how can I fix it?

Talkback problem on samsung galaxy s5

Talkback is preventing the password from being entered. It says the letters but does not enter them into the password field. I just bought this phone and was testing out some of it's features and now I can't access the phone.

Hello Jim, have you tried a double tap to enter each letter in your password?
