Tapatalk message always popping up

I turned developer mode on and ever since get this pop up on every post I open. Anyone else get this. I've cleared the cache and deleted Tapatalk and reinstalled, still there. Only thing I changed in developer mode was the animation speeds, I even set those back and still no change.
