Tapatalk not working?

is anyone else having trouble connecting to android central via tapatalk?

it isn't the app... I can connect to XDA just fine, but not AC... is there an issue with this server?

Just curious if it is just me or not, thanks

There was a shift in servers last night. If you notice, now the address is "forums.androidcentral.com" instead of "forum.androidcentral.com". A fix for tapatalk is being worked on

Edit: an easy fix is to remove AC from tapatalk and then readd it

I reinstalled tapatalk and it worked, I thought I got banned somehow lol

anyone else experiencing problems with tapatalk? It wont open AC forums. but yet I can open XDA forums?

Delete AC off you favorites , re-add and login. Fixes it for me.

Im such a dork ....I searched the forum and nothing came up. Sorry for being repetative. I uninstalled and reinstalled tapatalk. All is good now! Thanks!

I had the same problem but a re-install fixed it just like the others have said.

Thanks for this.. it hadn't been working for me for a bit and I just hadn't gotten around to checking the forums to see if anyone knew what was up. Deleted the forum, search and re-added, good to go.

I have removed AC from tapatalk and it still isn't working. I keep getting "server error occured: '0base64_encode(): Argument #1 ($string) must be type string...."

Not sure if there is another fix? I have cleared tapatalk cache and data as well.

It's a known issue and is awaiting resolution from Tapatalk as noted here - https://forums.androidcentral.com/threads/ac-forums-app.1058406/. Going to close this thread as it's from 2011.
