Task Manager and Screet Shot?

I am running stock. Is there a way to bring up a task manager and do screen shots on this phone or do I need a app? If so, what do you recommend?

Task manager: Settings>Apps>Running tab

Screenshots: Volume down + power button

Thanks. I found the task manager but the volume down + power button doesn't work for me. If it did, where would I find the screen shot? In my Gallery?

Did you press the buttons simultaneously? Yes, screenshots are stored in the gallery.

Every time you successfully press volume down+power at the same time, there is an animation letting you know you took the screenshot, plus an icon in your notification bar.

And it's a tricky thing to do. You really need to make sure you are doing it at the same time.
