Gonna try this tomorrow. If it works for mine, I'm going to have it done by the same rep for my girlfriend's line. We both live in Phoenix, no 4g, horrid 3g. Here's hoping it works.

Is it too late to try that cancelation method mentioned earlier for 3-1-13 surcharge increase?
These are my surcharges for last 2 billing cycles.

If there was a thumbs down button I would click it. You people are nuts. If you went to AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile, they change taxes and fees too. You can't have the moon and Swiss cheese too!
