TB-Continous loop during bootup

So while on a call today, my TB turned off. Started to boot itself back up. It would go to the white HTC screen, then to the white HTC "quietly brillant" screen and then immediatley turn off and start booting up again, over and over and over. Called Verizon tech support, guy said he had yet to encounter this problem. We started it in "safe mode" and did a factory reset which did not resolve the problem. So, they are sending me a new one...

Anyone else encounter this happening??
