tb speaker turns on

ok so ever since i've rooted my tb , everytime i call someone or someone calls me and i answer the phone it automatically turns on the speaker phone. that happen to anyone else? any ideas on how to switch that off?

It happened to me the first few days I had the phone but it was not rooted at the time. You may want to change a setting. Under Settings then Sound, there is a box for Flip for Speaker. I unchecked it and it has not happened again.

That's a first.. the only thing that comes to mind is the setting to automatically turn on the speaker when the phone is turned over during a call. Menu>Settings>Sound>Flip for speaker.
Other then that... have you tried rebooting the phone?

ty both. thanks cyber the box was already unchecked but the reboot fixed it. thanks alot

I had the same problem after I first put my phone in the car dock. I removed it and every call I made or answered was directed to the speaker phone. I had to do a reboot and I have had no such issues ever since then.
