Tbolt Flashing Question?

Ive had my Tbolt flashed to Cricket for abt 6 months and major throttling issues and terrible customer service has pushed me away. Im wondering if I wanted to switch the phone back to Verizon is there anything I need to do the phone due it being flashed or can I just take it in as is?

Verizon will not support the phone if its been rooted. If you have the stock rom I would flash back to that, the remove the revolutionary software.
