You want anyone who finds your phone and gets into it to be able to connect to your PC without knowing the password? Not a good idea - which is why they won't do that. (Not that they care if you lose your PC, they care if you sue them if it happens.)
Set up SSH on your computer, forward port 22 in your router to your PC, set up an SSH app on your phone, and the phone will connect to the PC. Just tap the app, then tap the connection, tap Connect. (And don't complain when you come home and find that your PC has joined a botnet that was used to break into a secure government network and men with badges have executed a warrant, broken down your front door and seized everything electronic in the house. Botnets aren't composed of super-duper computers, they're composed of tens of thousands of ordinary PCs. Run enough PCs doing parallel processing, even over the internet, and it makes a supercomputer look like a toy.)
