Telecoil Ratings on New Phones?

I was originally drawn to the Optimus V by its telecoil rating. I'm hard of hearing, so a phone with a good telecoil is a must for me, otherwise all I hear when I switch on the t-switch on the hearing aids is a dull buzz which drowns out the speaker. Since I'm starting to look around at the new phones I'm trying to discover what their telecoil ratings are.

This link is to a comparison of the Virgin Mobile phones that interest me. Most of the phones do not have a rating available or have a bad rating (T3/M3) compared to the excellent rating of the Optimus V. Anyone who has one know what the rating for the Evo is? May be its listed in the manual?

Or maybe you could track down a hard of hearing guy with a t-switch and see if they can hear on it? LOL! ^-^

M4/T3 according to htc under the evo 3D listed here: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...htc.com%2Fus%2Fabout%2Fhearing&token=z1QivfPm and the 3D is what the V is pretty much.

Thanks. I swear I looked under both names and didn't find anything but there it is. I really don't like the fact it's rated M3, means that performance is more subjective. My Dad's iPhone 3GS is supposed to be M3 and it's useless. :(

Really wish I could test it before buying.
