TeleNav tells me to go wrong direction!

I've been having an issue with TeleNav telling me to turn right or left when I should be turning the other way or going straight. The visual map shows the correct way but the voice is incorrect. This has happened to me twice and one time it wanted me to keep going in a circle. Has anyone encountered this and if so is there a fix? TeleNav is not wrong most of the time but I can't trust the program if it continues to audibly give me the wrong turns.
