Just want to let those on Telus with a Samsung Galaxy S6 or S7 - The Security update released on September 2nd. For the July 1st Security Update ( Pffft ) kills the ability to send MMS. Receive still works. So if you need to send photos. I would strongly suggest holding off on this update until Telus comes out with a patch.
Just a note. It's upsetting that Telus uses the excuse it takes them so long to push updates to their users, because of the intense in house testing they do before release. I get that, as long as the release is not flawed. You would think that 2 months of in house testing would have determined this was an issue and they would have corrected before release.
Anyway just wanted to give you folks the heads up so you don't make the same mistake I did
