Do we have a temperature sensor in the N3? If yes, how to use it?

Connectivity options on the Note 3 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0 (LE), IR, and MHL 2.0. It comes with various sensors like Gesture, Accelerometer, Geo-magnetic, Gyroscope, Proximity, Barometer, Temperature & Humidity, and Hall Sensor.

Seems like no one is interested in having a temperature function in the N3?

Download Temp monitor lite, and make sure you change the icon to white in settings.

I'm pretty sure there is a temperature sensor in there somewhere. The built-in S Health app has a "Comfort Level" option in there that checks the temperature and humidity of your surroundings. It's got to be getting that data from some sensor, right?
