Tempered glass affected my touch screen

Hi, I recently purchased tempered glass to protect my LG G4 Stylus mobile phone and now the screen does not react when I double tap the screen to unlock it I have to press the back button then phone works perfectly. Please advise if I can resolve this issue

Hi, the only way to resolve it would be to remove the screen protector. I'm not sure if the LG G4 stylus comes with a setting to increase the screens sensitivity when using gloves, if it does this might help?

Remove TGSP and try a different brand. Air bubbles and such will create this issue also.

Yea try another brand. Many tempered glass screens work just fine.
