Looking to protect my new G4 when it arrives on Monday.
Looking at tempered or plastic . presume tempered would be better but does it affect anything " being slightly thicker than plastic " with regards to cases ( amzer double ) something case

I know it's not a g4 but I've used tempered glass on my note 4 and s5 and never had any issues with using any cases or using any touch features

I too will be in the mkt for a tempered glass screen protector in a week or two prior to purchase. I saw a review for an "iloome" one that is .1mm thick and thought that would be the right one for me but the Amazon reviews are less than stellar and it is $30.

I have never had a tempered glass protector but after using one with my friend's G3 it was pretty damn awesome!

I use a .20 mm Folsom tempered glass . it is awesome. No bubbles or lifting. And it feels great.

I always use SuperShieldslz screen protectors though this is the first time I've bought their tempered glass protectors. Used a tempered glass protectors on my LG G3 that was already installed when I purchased it.

So far so good, though I got a small piece of lint under while installing.

Doubt I could go back to a standard protector.

I got a tempered glass screen protector for $20 at a mall kiosk and it works great! No bubbles, no lifting and touch is the same as without the protector! I'll never go back to plastic protectors!

I'm using Fosmon tempered glass protector and it came in nice packaging and a great soft cloth (like eyeglasses cloth), and lint/static remover stickers. It's easy to apply and better than the one i got from ebay previously for my last phone.

I use Zagg's invisible glass shield. They have a great lifetime warranty and are of high quality.

Literally no effect at all. Zagg's are a bit more pricey, but well worth it.
