have you tried these things before? that seems kinda high. but if they are the only ones available by the time i get my phone... i will not have much of a choice.

That is too high. I use them and they are great but have never paid more than 12. Amazon and eBay should have them soon.

A tempered protector made its way onto amazon. $9.99 - Free Ship - In Stock on the 24th - 17-25 Days Shipping This seller has a lot of items that are prime, so i am wondering if the shipping estimate is due to it not being in stock yet. But it sure does look like it is coming from china. I sent the seller an e-mail requesting clarification on the shipping.

They must be shipping from overseas. Orzly is a great on but they also ship from the UK. My Moto x is not coming tip mid October so I will just wait for USA stocked items.

The best brand I used for the original Moto X was Monoy, it felt like the original glass.
