Terrible lint issue with screen

Hey guys I've got a turbo 2 with the screen protector I bought at Verizon on it. I don't know if its just my pants, or the screen protector but I have a really bad lint build up on my screen when I take it out of my pocket. I hate to pull the protector off if its going to happen with the original screen as well. Anyone else have this static lint problem? Thanks

Do you have a tempered glass screen protector? Or a plastic one?

To be honest I'm not sure, they just threw it on at the store.

I have the "flexible glass" protector they sell at Verizon and I have the same problem! The lint also gets in the speakers and ear piece. The phone might just be a lint magnet.

I just pulled the protector off and its just as bad if not worse. There went 30 dollars lol

I think it may be the phone and not the protector. With so many openings on the front of the phone, it may just attract a lot of dust and lint.

I had the lots of lint sticking to the screen also. I think it has something to do with the plastic screen attracting it. I have put on an iVoler glass screen protector and no more lint sticks to the glass.

Does the iVoler actually stick to the screen? I tried several tempered glass protectors and none would stick to the bottom of the screen.

Hmm. I didn't notice a lint problem until AFTER I put a screen protector on (VZW flexible glass).

Also, even though the screen saver went on well, within a couple of days I started getting "water marks" on the bottom of the screen. I attributed that to the fact I didn't have a case on the phone and therefore lint etc. was getting underneath the screen saver when I was taking it in and out of my pockets. Who knows.....

Well like I said after I pulled the screen protector off today the lint problem is just as bad, it weird though my brother and sister both have the same phone . one has a protector on it and the other doesn't and they say there's don't have the lint problem.

I use my phone now to clean out my pockets it is so bad. Not sure what the attraction is.

My iVoler went on great. No lifting at all. I have the 0.2mm.

I haven't had much of a problem with lint on the screen, but the rest of the phone (including the speakers and ear hole) are like black holes for lint and dust!

I'm no scientist, but a simple google search seems to indicate that static cling is worse in the winter. Perhaps that's why some of us are noticing more lint now, regardless of what's on the screen (of course, the more openings you have, the more chance you have for things to collect).

Maybe it's just my pants, but I have lint in my pockets year round.

Same here, !! I like the phone alot. I'm wondering of a flip/ wallet style case would keep the dist off the screen?/ but I really like the case that's on it, id hate to take it off!
