Text message being cut off with Unicode? Will pay for help.

So I don't think my other post got posted but anyways I keep getting texts that are cutoff. For example "ԀϦ܇ple to just spend all their money." I told them to resend the original and there was 3 lines of text missing. What is up with this? I really want this fixed and am I willing to pay $10 to whoever can. I'm using a OnePlus One on 5.0 with Google Messenger on T-Mobile. The person sending it to me has an iPhone 5 on Verizon. Ive attached two other pictures so you guys get more examples.
