Any solution to SMS texts messages converting to MMS if I write to much. Complete disaster that I cannot write a longer SMS. I could write a long SMS on my previous phone which is an iPhone. Hopefully there is an effective solution to this issue that someone can advise me to follow.

SMS is limited to 1650 characters per message, so the choice for longer texts is send them as separate texts, or send them as MMS. Whatever app you're using probably has something in its settings to break, not break or send as MMS if the text is too long. (Not break and send as MMS are the same thing.)

iPhones don't use SMS, they use iMessage, an Apple protocol (that Apple won't let anyone else use) that's not limited text length or picture size. Get them to release the protocol into the public domain, and you'll see iMessage on Android and Windows phones too.

SMS is limited to 160 characters.

If you were sending long messages on an iPhone, you were either using iMessage or the iPhone was breaking up your long message.

This is just an annoying samsung thing.
Normal phones breaks long sms up into several small sms, not convert into mms.
