text message notification when charging

Hey guys I know im a noob, but i have been reading these forums for a while. So the problem is that when my Incredible is charging and the screens not locked, I don't get any notifications for any text messages. For example, i don't get any notification in the status bar, I don't receive any sound or vibration. Also I've checked the settings and all the sounds are up. Any help would be much appreciated..thanks!

Mine does That if the sms app is open. Charging or not. Pretty annoying.

Are you charging via USB or Wall?

wall....i realized if the app is open this happens. does anyone have a solution for this?

if you're rooted try Always Flash. Works for me
