Text Message recipient error

Anyone else experiencing an issue when texting using the stock Messaging app? I have two contacts that have this issue. I send a text to the person I selected, and once sent it winds up going to a different contact despite sending to the proper #. It appeared to be just the wrong name, but despite my best efforts, the problem reappears even when replying to a text.
