Text Message Signature ??

On my S5 I could create a auto-Signature at the end of each text. I found this very useful so people would know Who was texting them and I included my email as well which made it very easy to capture my info as a contact for the receiver. I can't seem to do the same on my S7. Any suggestions or fixes ??

Add it manually, or find a 3rd party texting app that has a setting for a signature. You can't change the app on the phone to add a signature.
