My samsung note 2 used to say who was texting me, like this "text message from sam". It no longer does that, not sure what setting I changed. Can anyone help me with getting that back?

Turn on the "Driving Mode".
Unlock Screen > Pull down page > Highlight Driving mode.
I am sure there are more technical terms to the procedure but since I just had a steak dinner with a lot of wine, it escapes me right now.

did you get your issue figured out . My phone was doing that the other day So I started messing with my Contacts to display . When I disabled Facebook Contacts the Names showed back up . I'm not sure what that has to do with anything , but it worked.
