Text Notification

Since the Froyo update, has anyone noticed the text notification changed?

For example: You recieve a text, wake the screen and slide down to "unread mesasge" to view it, but you don't reply.... When the screen turns off, the LED still flashes like there is a new text and when you wake the screen again, the "unread message" is still there.

In Eclair, once you viewed the message, the notification was reset without any additional steps.

Is there a fix for this?

I think by just scrolling a little bit of the message thread will clear it

Scrolling does not work. I have to either exit the application or go back to the main messaging screen to reset the notification.

It was better before the update. I wish they left it alone!!!
