Text OCR from video

Greetings to all. After i tryied with all possible ways to extract text from a popup board with no result, i tryied to manage it by recording a video with board's contects and then convert to text.Can someone suggest me a free online converter or an app to manage this please? (All i tryied have just OCR from photo option) I just want to extract the video's included text (not sound) and paste it somewhere so to copy it.

Gemini/Google Lens should be able to do this if you start it (live screen share) while the video is paused (or a screenshot) as long as the text is clearly visible.

Thanks,this works.But as table has many contents,it will take so much effort and time to complete it..
