I'm trying to enable text-to-speech on Android. I found the settings I've selected the voice and I've updated the app. I cannot see where to activate this on any application or browser that's containing text.
On my iPhone once you've turned it on all you have to do is swipe two fingers down from the top of the screen in and immediately begins to read the content on the page in the selected voice at the selected pace.
With Android I have not even been able to get it to read anything. I have tried touching the three dots on the top right-hand corner of the page and it never says speak, I've tried highlighting text and then selecting more and it never says speak. But when I go to my settings it is in fact set up. Is this a feature that Android just simply doesn't have or am I missing the obvious?
