My text to speech feature has stopped working. I want the phone to speak the text on the screen. For example, if I am viewing a web page, then I want the phone to speak the text on the web page.
In Settings --> Voice input and output settings --> Text to speech settings, it looks like I have Pico TTS installed. However in this window, the install voice data setting is greyed out.
When I got the phone, tts worked. I guess I did something that disabled it.
How can I get it to work again?
